Cannot be denied that in the commercial stage in where participating companies search for new markets, remain in this, it is necessary to have a good brand that fully identifies the consumer of other competing, Wikipedia reminds us, that to Tom Peters, declared guru of gurus by The Economist and Fortune, what constitutes differentiation precisely part of intangible assets of a company: value, credibility and uniqueness of a brand. So he explains it in the new book that just been published under the title the core of Branding. From his theory of the 3 physical laws of marketing: benefits patents, a real reason to believe and a big difference, Peters shows that brand is what defines us and that this is much more than marketing or logos. It has to do with the passion, the story want to count, the cause that motivates our company. The stories and experiences will be more important in the future than the products, according to Peters, because the ability to convey emotion is the most important thing in a world controlled by technology. Very interesting when we are reminded of the importance of considering the Visual elements of the mark and says on the subject, they are graphic representations of a company, which are projected to the public through a symbol or a special typographic design.

The combination of the Visual elements (communicative name, symbol, alphabet, colors and the signalling system) gives the overall appearance of the company and constitutes a very important physical expression in the markets in which it participates. Today large amounts are paid to designers create a memorable visual identity. However, there are ironic cases as that of Coca-Cola, whose label, one of the most successful design jobs in the world, was created by the accounting officer of the company. Symbol: Is the expression of the identity of a company manifested through a graphic that represents it from the material point of view.

Intervention in the first Ibero-American and Caribbean road safety February 23, 2009. Madrid. Spain. We have to recognize that historically the Brasilia Congress in 1998, has been the starting point in the fight for the preservation of life on public roads in low- and middle-income countries of the new world, with the implementation of the peace campaign in the traffic. The magic of the success of this initiative was without doubt, strong political will and the participation of society committed to measures implemented by the Government.Since then, these two conditions are the common denominator in all the conclusions of successive congresses in the world. In 2004 he puts in circulation, a document with the name of global report on the prevention of the trauma caused by transit, in which patterns are drawn to mitigate the calamities caused by road violence, its causes and effects. This report by the Pan American Organization of the Health, the World Health Organization, the World Bank and other non-governmental organizations represents the desired model in the elaboration and implementation of public policies in the region to achieve the goals within a prudent time as a new challenge, on the basis of statistical data and identification of the risk factors of the insured in transit, reaching the conclusion that is a fact avoidable.Years later, Costa Rica was a scene created (in 2006) with the call to the first Forum of actors in road safety in Latin America and the Caribbean, where personalities like the President’s host Dr. Oscar Arias Sanchez, Nobel Peace Prize and his Majesty Prince Michael de Kent are calling on Governments to build safe roads for the respect for lifethrough the Declaration of San Jose and the creation of the transitional Commission for road safety, the latter to give continuity to this initiative. On the other hand, the MERCOSUR has written two well-known, very important reports on security Vial, the first in 2005 and the second in 2007.

Globalized Context

Democracy in the globalized context Teodulo Lopez Melendez the evils of democracy have been listed until tiredness, but highlighted the disintegration of civil order, the weakness inherent in an overwhelming mediocrity of political leaders and a nearly irreversible collapse in confidence have been released. This clinical picture has led to the resurgence of totalitarianism in more or less renewed versions. However, before the closure of the channels of democracy in the 20th century, equivalent as a political system to the industrial era, arise everywhere new forms of organization which practised a deliberative democracy. The creation of a new democracy for the postindustrial or the global world, imply, already implies a transfer of Social Affairs towards the democratic associations that emerge. Here is worth mentioning that the process of government decentralization is already assumed road and only an extemporaneous reproduction of models of the past strives to centralize everything, not as a form of efficiency, but as a way of concentrate power, allowing the establishment of a new totalitarian State. The citizen, i.e., the inhabitant of the geographical space that has abandoned the disinterest by public affairs, is challenged to one rapprochement with the other, to the construction of a network of communication that should be extended to a network of networks where common interest elements permit the creation of a new democratic fabric.

Born as well, we can either call with property and accuracy, the voice of the citizens who will create the new language, one above the old paradigms in which the traditional actors are moved. Necessary is the emergence of what in English call moral commitments, i.e. the moral obligations that are assumed in the order of joint action. These purposes scoff in apparent democracies. If a questioning is present in the world that looks is the so-called knowledge expert in their ability to make decisions. This necessarily entails an increase of collective intervention in a public debate which turned away and obvious failures have done so to return, this time to stay.
