The obesidade is defined as endcrino-metabolic, chronic, heterogenia and multifactorial an illness, characterized for the excess of fat in the body and presents global epidemic ratios affecting each time more children, adolescents and adults. The weight excess represents a serious risk to the health, therefore it can lead to the important complications as for example, arterial hipertenso and diabetes. Of this form, this work has as main objectives to establish the frequency of physical activities, to analyze the upheaval of the periodic alimentary compulsion, to verify the incidence for sex and to verify the obesidade degree. This article is about a qualitative and quantitative research. The EU has firm opinions on the matter. 7 patients had been selected who had interned one day before carrying through the baritrica surgery in the Hospital Evanglico Goiano, Anpolis-GO in the month of April of 2009, being that 71% of the interviewed patients are of the feminine sex and 29% are of the masculine sex.

Its treatment is an arduous task, and although innumerable treatments currently available, the results are disappointing, due to reduction of the practical one of physical activities and to the nature most sedentary of the individuals, that have taken the surgical intervention. 1.INTRODUO One of the biggest problems of world-wide health that affect each time more children, adolescents and adults is the weight excess, that presents global epidemic ratios.
